If you find one, let me know! The only thing I've heard is:
1. eat potassium (?) one of those
2. drink more water
3. when I feel one coming on, I DON'T point my toes...instead, I flex my heel up until it passes. I've heard this is bad for some reason...And I do tend to limp the rest of the day, but it's better than spontaneously crying in pain!

You need more potassium and cal/mag. Eat a few bananas per week. Plus, take a bar of soap and place at your feet, under the covers in your bed...it actually works xoxo

Definately calcium and magnesium, it is actually a deficiency. A good health food store or naturopath should lead you in the right direction.
