    drink question.

Just curious which has the better sway for girl, coke zero or diet coke?
Also what other drinks are you having? I can't to the teas like pepperment etc. Also can't do that sparkling water! So i am drinking normal bottled water, coffee with sweetener and coke zero. But not sure if i should be doing the zero or the diet
Proud mummy to.. and also step mummy to
Hoping to add a beautiful to the mix to complete our 2 families to one

Here's what I found online (so may or may not be a reliable source): "Coke Zero is sweetened with a combination of aspartame and acesulfame potassium (Ace-K). Coke Zero is the same basic formula as classic Coke while Diet Coke is a different formula completely. Diet Coke is sweetened with aspartame only."

So, if that is true, I would say that Diet Coke would have the edge since it would have more aspartame per serving and aspartame helps lower pH which, at least potentially, helps a pink sway. Presumably both would be acidifying, as they're coloas.

I have been drinking caff free diet root beer, mountain dew, and coke. i have no idea what it's doing to my ph because i don't test it. i use to drink water all day and never drank any sodas but now im pretty much drinking soda all day and water or cranberry juice maybe once.

Acesulfame K is fine too. I would go for whatever you like better.
