DIET:
I followed the LE diet since last year....I decided last month that we were done trying and we were just gonna let whatever happens happen.....I was still following a loose LE diet out of habit, no breakfast and no red meat....about 1200-1500 cal diet, was still drinking loads of diet coke(got use to it)


CAFFEINE:

DH: 1 cup a day

Me: 2 cups and also drank diet coke



EXERCISE:

DH: none

Me: couch potato



POTIONS & PILLS:

Soy isoflavones: 200mg from CD 3-7
Folic acid: 5mg
B6 & B12: 100mg
Low dose aspirin: every 2 day

Gave up taking everything this month

He did have a hot shower before dtd everytime, We dtd right thru O..

Jump and dump: No

Had no ewcm around O time, just creamy watery cm...I actually had to use pressed because
I was so dry...I think from the soy

No. We were totally realxed about everything this month....I was tracking ovulation but didnt stress about anything....We dtd when we felt like it....I really had given up on getting a BFP....My birthday was March 25 and my husband and I like to think my Mom( who passes away last Aug) sent a precious gift from above....We are over the moon excited but also nervous since I had an ectopic pregnancy Oct 2011....We both really want a daughter but will totally be ok with another son after everything we have been thru, getting a healthy baby will be a blessing

we found out today that we are having a beautiful baby girl I would like to thank you to all the ladies that supported me through my journey!!! I truly believe this a gift from my mother who passed away Aug 2011, she would be so proud to have a granddaughter!!!!!

Thanks MyGirl!!!! I took the soy at night so the side effects weren't that bad....I did get a headache from them and also hot flashes and no cm!
