I have a crazy question. Doing the diet for 6 weeks before... is that 6 weeks before the start of your ttc cycle, 6 weeks before the OV date for that cycle, or 6 weeks before your attempt (say you dtd 48 hours before OV)?

I understand it to be 6 weeks before your attempt O date (that's how I've been calculating it anyway)

Don't worry about 2 days before O vs. O - that two days' difference is irrelevant.!!! Questions??
