Cooked potato, beef and iceberg lettuce -tomato salad. Put some in 1 plate for the pic. well doesn't look so good...but it's very yummy I promise !
easy to make:
Just cut the potato and cook it with some salt.
cut beef in ****s
chop 1 onion and saute it on some olive oil until it's golden brown
add a little sweet paprika powder and mix
add beef and brown it , mix it together
then add sea salt and ground pepper a little cumin powder and 1 beef or chicken ****
pure in some water (or broth) and a little red wine mix it together and put the lid on.
cook it until it's done ( you can always add some more red wine or water as you like)

Flava thanks for the beef recipe, looks great!
Since it is Tuesday we had taco tuesday at our house. Lots of seasoned beef, shredded iceberg lettuce, fresh tomato salsa, chopped avocado ... mmmm. I might need to go heat up a leftover plate!

breakfastlive oil, 2 potato, some ham ( if you don't have ham then bacon) 1 small onion , 5 eggs , sea salt, ground pepper, dry marjoram, dry crushed rosemary ( you can just do it with salt and pepper if you like) This is for 3 ppl so for 1 person just use 1 small potato and 1 or 2 egg. ( EW if you like)
Cut potato in small ****s
cut ham in even smaller ****s lol ( or in some places you can buy ham already cut in tiny ****s)
if no ham cut bacon (like in my pic we have bacon)
also the onion in this slices
Add a little oil in a pan heat it , add ham , potato and the seasoning, mix it and cover it up .Half way done add the onion in it and cook it together.
In a small pen make the egg .( have to be like omelet)
Put the egg in a plate and fill it with potato mix then fold it in half. All done.
Now this id done FAST don't worry wont take all morning at all!
On the pic with tomato and green tea. ( I add some ketchup too)
