The peanut butter oatmeal is scrumptious. It does not look good I admit, but give it a try!

    Italian Beef:
3-4 lb raw beef roast (I use rump roast or sirloin roast)
Mix the following and pour over the roast:
    1.5 tsp oregano
1 package dry onion soup mix
    1 tsp basil
1 package Good Seasonings Italian Dressing Mix
    1-2 cloves garlic
    1/4 Cup vinegar
    3/4 to 1 Cup water
    Dash Cayenne (if desired)

Put in crockpot and put on high for about 6 hours or until it falls apart. Pull apart and serve on buns
