Tea regime
I'm planning these teas for my next sway: RRL, nettle, green tea. In fact I've already started nettle tea, no time to waste , my baby is already 1,5 months old
I wanted to drink Red Clover as well, but I probably won't, for 2 reasons: it's very difficult to find it in herbal stores here ( no idea why, like it's some exotic plant ) and it's a source of phytoestrogenes, so might not be good for blue sway http://genderdreaming.com/forum/ttc-...erbs-blue.html
I can't find an excellent post about fertility teas with link for Susun Weed site , where it says that Red Clover, Nettle and RRL are the best fertility teas in that order ( Susun recommends infusions, not teas).
So what would be the best schedule for teas and how much? 2 cups, 3 cups of each? Or as much as I can pour in me?m/c 2001

Ok I just read a bit about nettle and I have a concern about it. It's used to treat prostate problems and the other herb used to do that is saw palmetto, which sways pink. So if you want to use it, I'd do no more than 2 cups a day.
I agree that you should not do Red Clover. There's more than one issue with fertility that people face, so something that is good for PCOS (lowering testosterone) could still be considered a fertility herb and yet be the exact opposite of what you want for TTC a boy.
RRLT does seem to sway BLUE BLUE BLUE (sorry I originally wrote pink, that was a typo) and it's recommended to drink 3 times a day. I have a huge bag I can send you but not sure about the legality of it??
Green tea I would drink 4-6 bags a day. It's pretty gross tasting so if you'd like to substitute black tea for some of those, that's fine.Last edited by atomic sagebrush; October 21st, 2012 at 01:03 PM.

It seems to me I'm fighting a battle I've already lost. I was thinking that those herbs as fertility enhancers would sway blue I'm just talented to find pink stuff
Here is what I've found about nettle tea Nettle Tea Benefits And Warnings | LIVESTRONG.COM esp this "Phytochemicals are naturally occurring plant compounds that prevent free-radical-induced damage to your cells and DNA' and it's rich in potassium ( is that IG style? lol) http://genderdreaming.com/forum/tryi...ettle-tea.html
RRLT- I was hoping to optimize my poor old uterus lining, but if it sways pink even remotely, I won't drink it.
So I was hoping to maximize my chances of getting quick, healthy BFP.
Green tea: I actually like the taste, so no problem I was drinking it for this sway as well.
BTW it is so sweet you're willing to send me RRLT Fortunately, it is available here, but still thank you!m/c 2001

I honestly don't know HOW nettle sways, it's just that when something seems to have contradictory info and I haven't seen a ton of people get success while using it, I typically advise against it. When things are used to treat prostate problems, that can mean it affects the levels of circulating testosterone, which might sway pink. I don't KNOW this to be true, that's just what my worry about it is.
There are a zillion other places to get phytonutrients and potassium without nettle tea.
Best thing you can do to get a quick healthy BFP is folic acid!! Up to 4000 mcg!!!! Questions?? Check out the NEW and improved Complete Index !!!
