    Peas & corn kernells

Do peas sway girl or boy?
I like to use frozen green peas and corn kernells (not cobbs) (steamed up) in lots of dishes... yay or nay?

I think that would be fine mixed in meals. I mix them in a lot of my meals too. Peas are alkalizing and have some protein. Peas are high in fiber which you need to also take into consideration because diets high in fiber can lower estrogen. Corn is more acidifying so if you are having an issue with pH then maybe skip those. Corn is also high in fiber.

What she said! I totally agree. Peas are better than corn for blue but corn is ok. If you use canned peas/corn, you will get more sodium than in frozen.

You may want to take your fat soluble vitamins (A, D, E) at a different time of day because fiber can absorb and sweep fats out of the digestive tract.
