CD 22 and terrible aching
Never got this last cycle until AF was here... since then I have started EPO and some other supps.. does EPO gives bad dull aching/cramping in tummy and back, so soon - I am guessing my AF this time will come in a weeks time??!! Feels like it is here already

I third that theory! ANY chance that you are pregnant??
Otherwise, yes, some of the supps do cause cramps and achiness.!!! Questions?? Check out the NEW and improved Complete Index !!!

Then it's probably just one of those things.
Fish oil/garlic can make you more prone to bleeding, so it may be that when your egg popped you released more follicular fluid than normal and some think that follicular fluid in your abdomen makes you achy.!!! Questions?? Check out the NEW and improved Complete Index !!!
