    Butter?

Is it OK for blue sway and if yes, how often?

I am still eating butter ZB, but I have cut out white bread as to me it is empty calories, probably best to find a nice wholegrain brown with a nice bit of cheese and tomato, delicious!!

I ate tons of butter with DS 3 and 4! It has a lot of good fat and cholesterol (raises testosterone) and really not that much calcium. It is not even listed on my butter's nutrition facts, because there is so very little calcium in it.
