    Friendly advice from a reluctant boy mom

    If you wat blue, join a Crossfit gym. It's high intensity workouts with both cardio and weight lifting. The officially endorsed diet of crossfitters is paleo. That's lean meats, fruits, veggies, nuts, seeds and eggs. High protein, high nutrition (sound like HE much?) So everyone around you will have excellent recipes for your sway. As long as you find a good gym (and they're EVERYWHERE now) you should get a ton of support for swaying blue without even admitting you're ttc a boy. This is how I got my second boy, and it only now occurs to me that the CrossfitMom website I constantly visited (yes, you can continue this through pregnancy and be a badass at pushing!) had SO many more pictures of baby boys than girls from the newborn pics section. Just my friendly advice. Hope everyone gets their DG!
