    advice on post-ovulation tips?

    Hi everyone
    After all the side effects I got from SI i have decided to forget them for this cycle.
    Its also put me off trying agnus castus too.
    Ive decided to relax the ttc thing abit as i was a little down when AF arrived; and i know I should ovulate in the next day/two.
    I'm still BBt'ing but wont OPK this month.
    I'd like to try something post-ovulation that could possibly help ttc'ing.
    Any ideas?

    I am with you serah...I'm dropping the SI too. I had a completely erratic cycle this time around...I don't have any ideas on supplements for you, but GL!
    Sept 2008 & successful boy sway June 2010.
    M/C Oct 2012

    Is DE in my future?
