bedtime snack - whats best?
Hi,
I am usually a bit peckish just before bed so this suits me fine! Im just not sure what to have?
Should I go for nuts? Fruit? Or maybe a small bowl of cereal? (I eat fruit muesli or special k berries)

I think hot chocolate made with full fat milk would be a great bedtime snack. Coffee isn't really my thing but I think the occasional mocha would be ok

I religiously had a bowl of cereal every night before bed when I conceived my three boys. I went cold turkey on cereal when I saw that study that suggested cereal-eaters are more likely to have boys. I am so happy to be pregnant so I can have my favorite bedtime snack again!

When I conceived my first son, I really liked popcorn in the evenings. Second boy I ate Reese's practically every night (very healthy diet otherwise). Hth.

Moving on without my son's brother. Starting our HT journey in 2014.
