Supplements
I need help with DH supplements.
I just bought him:
50 zinc
L-Arginine 500 (I saw this on IG but don't see it anywhere here)
B12 500
The guy at GNC thought L-Cartinine would be good but it wasn't on my shopping list, so I thought I'd check here first.
Does this look like an ok list? Should I add L-Cartinine?
Do any of them have bad interactions or special instructions of how to take?

My DH is taking a one a day multi vitamin (has 150% daily recommended zinc, plus B12). It's the one for over 50, even though he's 33. (atomic's rec)
He's also taking Fish Oil, L'Arginine, and Ginseng.Tiffany

Yes carnitine is GREAT for blue!!!
I have arginine somewhere but maybe it didn't end up in the boy supps essay - I will update.
I also bought my husband the over 50 vitamins and he was NOT amused - he was like, "I'm only 41!"!!! Questions?? Check out the NEW and improved Complete Index !!!
