Thank you, I’ve been taking 800mg folic acid as taking 5 tablets a day seems so much, do you think it’s an important sway factor ? Not drinking green tea as I don’t like it
Should I get a pregnancy multi bit or just any? I read it’s better to get the men’s over 50 for dh, do you recommend this?
I’ll get vit D and fish oil tomorrow too thank you so much x

Well, it's better absorbed if you take small doses over the day but if that works better for you it's fine.
It's not that it sways, baby boys may need more folic acid and then some of the blue sway supps people use may deplete folic acid from the body
I prefer the men's over 50 one a day and I also like for you ladies, Women's One a Day, NOT the prenatal ones, just the regular orange ones.

Sorry I meant I’ve only been taking 2 tablets a day I’ve not been able to bring myself to taking such a high dose but I’ve read you bassically dispose of any excess amounts from your body so I really need to try push myself to help the boy environment. Thank you again for all your help and advice xx

Hi atomic just wanted to ask another supps question... I previously asked what is recommended min for me and DH to be taking and you advised folic acid, fish oil, multi vit and Vit D.
I was reading previous posts and read that you recommend fish oil combined with epo as it sways better results ... is this still the case?
Also just to check it’s omega 3 fish oil capsules I have, is this correct ? As I also read omega 3 sways pink.
And lastly,my multi vits already contain folic acid and Vit D, do I subtract the amount from my intake or still take the recommended amounts over and above the amount In the multi vits?
Sorry for all the questions

Nope we're moving away from EPO for everyone except the people who are on a solid paleo or Atkins diet. I feel like it's making opposites.
Where did you read Omega 3 sways pink? We think it sways blue. Omega 6 may sway pink when ingested in higher amounts than Omega 3 and saturated fat.
Subract the amount

I read it somewhere on the forum, I’ve made sure not to read outside the form anymore so as to not steer away from my GD sway. Great re EPO, one less supp 😊 Some of thexposts ive been reading are from years ago so I’m sure a lot has changed over the years. Thank you again Atomic

Arghhh I’ve just realised you said subtract the supps from the multi vits, I’ve been taking vitiman d recommended amount that’s already in my centrum vits, will this effect my sway? I’ll not take anymore separate Vit D from now
