Is 6 weeks enough time for sway to work?
First let me say thank you for all the patience you ladies have shown me and especially for the honest advice and reasurrance. This is a phenominal site for information and support! Okay now for the crazy questions! I began swaying on January 1 but kept learning more throughout the month and adjusted some things. By the time we have our first attempt it will be about six weeks of (my perfect idea of) diet, weight lifting, frequent bd, and supplements for both of us. I am nervous that I didn't sway long enough for the best results. Has anyone else swayed for that amount of time and had it work? I have not lost any weight and may have gained some weight even with frequent working out since January 1 so I am hoping I've gained some muscle. I lift weights every other day and run for 15-25 minutes on the opposite day. When I conceived DD I was a big runner! I know I am freaking out because my attempt is in a couple weeks!!
Also how do you find what moon your conceiving in or is that nonsense? Thanks again!

6 weeks on diet is plenty of time for a blue sway. IT's much easier to improve condition (for a boy) than to decline it (for a girl). So even tho people will tell you 90 days is getting best results, those results are com,ing from pink sways amd i think 90 days is too long for blue swayers to go before TTC.
Starting multivitamins and extra folic 90 days out can only help though.!!! Questions?? Check out the NEW and improved Complete Index !!!

Okay thanks so much. I know most of my questions have to do with being nervous so I just keep telling myself to take a competitive approach from here on out.

Hmm interesting. I would actually prefer to become pregnant in cycle 2 or 3 of ttc but I am going to start in a few weeks because it generally takes a couple months for me to conceive. I would also like to get off the boy diet, it is a bit rich for me. I wonder why women tend to not get pregnant the first time?

So it's better to wait until closer to the ttc date when swaying blue?

It's amazing to me the difference in time for some people. Do you think swaying affected the time it took? I was hoping the boy diet would help me conceive because of how healthy I'm trying to eat and the working out.
