i know that for swaying boy you should avoid pesticides..but organic can be expensive (not to mention some organics may not truly be organic). whats teh solution? is washing with soap and water sufficient?

I don't think washing with soap and water will purify them as much as having organic produce, but it is surely better than nothing. General rule of thumb is if you are going to eat the skin or it has thin skin, buy organic ... so things like apples, carrots, tomatoes. If you're NOT going to eat the skin don't worry about it - like a banana.

Here's a link to what is considered most/least contaminated, if you want to prioritize your organic purchases:

No, I just went and wrote it right that minute.

I try to make a lot of links to help find things but I know I could have it better organized. :/
