Another gelatin Q lol and a Q about nutritional yeast flakes..
Just curious as to how much we should consume daily?
I have 3 tablespoons a day of the gelatine (I add the whole 3 tbsp to my soup) and I have 1 - 2 tablepoons a day of the NYF's (one spoon mixed in my soup and another mixed in my mash potato if we have that at dinner time).

I add one pack to my juice- probably 3 TBS too.

I think that is a fine amount. Gelatin and NYF are not like supplements, there's no maximum to take, eveyr little bit helps.
