Atomic is this ok for boy sway? Bulletproof coffee?

Apparently it is amazing for you. Keeps your blood sugar levels in a good place and gives energy.

2 cups of organic butter from mostly grass fear cows
Level ground coffee from a certain altitude that is free of pesticides and is apparently really good for you.
Cocoanut oil (mct oil)
Organic whey protein ( chocolate)

What do you think?. I have heard amazing things about it and though it would fit into the he diet ok to have one cup a day like this.....thought it would be better than a reg cup

I think it sounds good, I would just remember to take it with your breakfast in the morning, or whenever you plan to drink it remember to eat a little something with it even that it has whey protein in it. But all the ingredients are good for you. I still had 1 regular cup of coffee a day in my blue sway because I just couldn't give it up and I still had a boy, and this sounds even better.

Sounds good to me, but be sure you are eating some real food with it, somethign containing protein.

I had coffee daily with DS 1 and 2 both (ETA - I also drank a lot of tea with DS1)
