Super B complex
Is super B complex a good supp for a blue sway? I have been taking it for quite sometime now and wanted to make sure I am not inadvertently swaying pink!

I have found a few! I am making it a point to sit down sometime this week and go through every post I have made and write down all the answers. I am still getting used to maneuvering this site so I still can't seem to find your answers to some of my questions that I know you have answered as quickly as I would like. So as soon as I get everything written down that will be A LOT easier. Because July is coming quick!!!! Thanks for asking!

up at the top of the main page there is a button called "my threads" and if you click that, it will be a list of every thread you made and you can see which ones are dark (you haven't read). There is also one called "my posts" if you asked a q on someone else's thread and want to go back to read that.
I literally just discovered that like 4 months ago myself and it's very helpful!!! Questions?? Check out the NEW and improved Complete Index !!!
