Do I need L'Arginine if I'm taking Gelatin capsules?

Only a few L'Arginine pills left in the bottle and I'm trying to save money...thanks!

why? whats the rlshp between l-arginine and gelatin???

(besides that they both may increase testosterone). im assuming since testosterone doesnt come in pill form that too much of something that MAY help increase it, shouldnt hurt...?

I would take them both, I'm sorry, I wish they were more affordable!!

The relationship is, that l-arginine is one of the amino acids and gelatin has all the amino acids in it so it's got l-arginine.

No, you can take either of them by themself or together. It's just that gelatin has SOME l-arginine in it already because it has ALL amino acids, including l-arginine. However, who knows how much exactly is in there and the l-arg pills are standardized and a certain dosage so you know just what you're getting. Feels safer to me to continue with both.
