Hi all,

So I am on the diet (cheated this morning and had a bag of MM'S) supps include fish oil, folic acid EPO doing the drinks, ural, cot and gelatine. BSF from AF to O. and using preseed. Have only be dtd once on o day. Do you think I could up this to morning before o day and o day? what else can I do?? I always spot a few days before AF do you think somethings up?
Feel like I have been on this diet for ages...how long have others taken to fall pregnant?
Any help would be great...hope june is it for meXXXXXX

Hey ams!
I hear you...My dd1 was an oops baby, and dd2 1st attempt success and now with all this swaying I get bfn's in a row. But I never lose my goal out of sight: healthy, I don't care how long it takes.
Your list of supps looks OK.
Maybe you want to add green tea ( 2-3 cups per day) as it helps in overall fertility and sways blue, also will increase your CM. If you are taking it in form of tablets, stick to the instructions - no more then 400 mg daily. There is a thread about green tea dosage.
Also Prenatals and RJ/BP - if you are not allergic to bee products! RJ/BP will raise your pH and make strong O, however it takes 2-3 months for it to show effect.
Zinc - both for you and DH. For you- it will help with implantation, DH - improves sperm quality.
I also think it is a good idea to give your DH CoQ-10 100mg/day as it great for improving sperm motility and qualityI have started giving it do DH, I want to make sure his part of the job is well done too.
You can also take it, it is great antioxidant and IVF ladies are taking it for improving egg quality.
Spotting before af is a sure sign of low progesterone, so that might be preventing you from getting pg. I have the same problem, I've always spotted 4-5 days before af.
Timing: to increase your chances to get pg, bd every 48 hours around O (ideal would be 48 hours before O and on O day) This timing does not sway pink.

So you are doing the strict boy diet with little to no calcium? You may want to consider adding a bit more calcium (in the form of full-fat dairy) to help your fertility.
I personally would consider dropping the BSF. If you're terribly concerned about pH, you can switch from Preseed to EW to make up for the lack of BSF. Or, continue with the Preseed, it still sways blue.
Ural HAS potassium/COT in it. You don't need to do both. But don't just quit the COT cold turkey, please wean yourself off of it over a week or two.
I think it's fine if you want to do either BD on the day before O and O day, or as Zivic describes, BD 48 hours before O and then again on O day. For most men they are both acceptible options, but if your husband has low count (and you know this for a fact) then go for the 48 hours/on O option. DON'T BD all three days because your husband's sperm count may drop off and sway pink right at ovulation when you need it the most!!
I agree with everything Zivic recommends and I also would say that taking B6 is a good way to help lenghten your luteal phase and get rid of your spotting before O. We used to think that B6 might sway pink but now it seems that it may sway blue - I conceived a baby boy taking 100 mg B6! Do not fear the B6.!!!
