Wondering if I should skip this month..advice please

My dds and I have had the stomach bug and it's lingering symptoms since Saturday (5 days). While my dds have had the worst of it, I only have had mild fever, nausea and absolutely no appetite. I don't think I have eaten a full meal since Friday of last week.

I am only cd 6, so pretty early on in my cycle, however I have barely eaten and have not been taking my vitamins because the one night I did, I almost threw them up.

My question is should I skip this month ttc? I don't want to but I am afraid that my sway is getting off to a horrible start this month and I am not sure if my sway is ruined or not.

I hope by tomorrow I will feel good enough to start back up.

Any advice is appreciated.

If you are going to live a lifetime of regret if you TTC this month and get a girl, then don't try. If you're basically ok either way, then try - the reason I say try is because you've been at this for awhile now and I hate to see you not capitalize on every month that goes by.

Atomic, I figured you would say that..lol. I am so torn about it. I want to get pg but I do want a son. I usually ovulate around cd 20 or 21, so I have some days to get back at it. I just hope these months of swaying boy will pay off. I know at the end of the day, what is meant to be will happen. It always seems like if its not one thing its another going against my sway.

I totally understand but it ~may~ be that the universe is letting this happen because it's helping in some way for you to get your little man!! You CAN do this...play it by ear and see how you feel on CD 19 - if you feel like Wonder Woman, then it's meant to be and you should def. go for it!!!
