    Well got my highest reading yet a 7.3 around 2ish hours after a bsf! Hopefully this is good enough!!

    ♥ Starting supps 3 months before attempt. DH and I taking most boy supps and I'm going to take a prenatal. Starting diet 8 weeks before attempt. Eating lots of red meat, wholegrain, potassium and salty foods. Drinking lots of lemon water and juice. Using ions- laptop, mobile, electric blanket on low setting, hairdryer and straightener daily. Started doing weights 5 days per week and will continue until BFP. Will O 3 times a day a week before attempt. Obstain for 4 days before attempt and will DTD once on O day using preseed with BS.
    DW: 30
    DH: 32

    2008 2010 2013

    Cycle #1- HRC November 2014
    5 normal XX and 1 normal XY
    Transferred 1 XY HB BB- BFP!

    Mine has changed from a 5 to 7 at Ovulation, but I have never seen DH higher than 8.5. He is naturally an 8. It won't go higher.

    Well done TTC5 thats a great PH ! Things are lining up for your attempt now

    3PNB- thanks for telling me that- I am sorry you are struggling too but I must say it makes me feel better to know others are the same I may be joining you in the Zen approach if the ACV doesn't help......now to find somewhere that sells it with the mother....
