There really are no "most important" ones.
Just try to eat healthy, nutritious foods that don't have bunches of soy in them.

Well, soy is not that bad but i agree, fresh and healthy food (proteins and carbs) would work much better.

Swaying does not guarantee you a boy. No product you use, food you eat or BD pattern you follow can guarantee you that. If we all have a roughly 50% chance of having a boy you may have successfully shifted those odds to say 65% chance of a boy. That is a successful sway that will still result in a girl 35% of the time. This is likely just what happened in your case.

Yes it is.
bad for fertility and bad for boys.
If you're swaying blue, use soy at your own risk. I cannot recommend soy at any more than 2-3 times per week for any blue swayer.

No there is none of the soy protein and oil that may affect a sway negatively. Soy sauce is fine for blue!
Great question bTW

This is a pretty old thread and I think we've moved away from this idea. There are simply too many different products available out there on the market, they're constantly being changed and reformulated and it would be a full time job keeping up to date on them. Please post any product you want to buy and I"ll check it for you and tell you if it's good or not.

I generally recommend Women's One a Day (just the regular women's vitamin, it's orange) because I like the breakdown of nutrients in it, it's affordable, and widely available. Centrum is another option. Try to avoid the types of vitamins that have megadoses of nutrients (more than 100% of anything but folic acid/folate or Vit. D) or added herbs in them.
