Breakfast
Sorry to double post!
What is everyone having for breakfast?
I really hate eating breakfast and I'm struggling to come up with ideas. I don't like eggs. I've been going peanut butter on wheat toast with orange pineapple juice and a little turkey bacon OR a bowl of Wheaties with Stevia.Tiffany

I was having cereal, like a museli blend
Next time round, if this try didn't work... I'm going to focus heaps on my nutrition!!

This morning I had weatabix with sliced bananas and blueberries. It actually tastes nice.

Gizmo raisins are good for potassium/alkaline but they don't have much protein. If you want protein with oatmeal (a serving alone has about 6g) I would rec cooking it with milk, or adding milk!
I eat eggs and bacon and fruit. Pretty much the same thing every am! 4 slices of bacon and 2 eggs, with bananas and apples and oranges. I also drink a big ol' glass of juice :-)
