    I think that HE diet has changed my Monthly Cycle!!

    Since following HE diet, my monthly Cycle has changed, where it was 29 days and then become 30 next month, and then 31 and then 32 this month. Also the days of menstruation changed from 6 days and became 3-4 days, this is what leads me to think that the days of ovulation also have changed from before and we are missing the right days to BD, and maybe therefore I have not get pregnant so far although I got pregnant with my DD from the first month of trying. So I'm thinking of using the ovulation test but do not know when I should start, should I start from the tenth day or when??. Please advise me!!

    Its possible the diet has changed your cycle, but what supplements are you taking? I always started testing on the 10th day and usually I would O anywhere from days 12-15

    the length of your period bleeding doesn't affect the day of your ovulation. The length of your cycle ~may~ indicate your O day is different, but then again it may not - you may be ovulating on the same day as always but having a longer LP.

    I want everyone to use OPK even with normal cycles when swaying anyway so that is one solution. or else just have regular unprotected sex every 2 -4 days and then 3-5 more attempts around about when you think you might be ovulating. This really shouldn't matter at all for a blue sway, the only thing that could matter is if you were trying to do one attempt on O day (which even when you get that timing spot on, is not the best odds of conception)

    Thanks dloi and atomic, I'm taking fish oil 1000+ Folic Acid 5 mg+ (Stress Tabs with zinc + Ginsavit) both are multi vitamins..

    I am not sure why you're mixing and matching the multivitamins but you are taking too much zinc than is safe. 8-15 mg zinc for ladies is safe intake. I also think you are getting more folic than you need (unless you have kids with neural tube defects) - that level folic is probably safe but I wouldn't take chances with it. I am also not a fan of ginseng for ladies, it's not proven safe when TTC and may cause birth defects (has been shown to in animal studies.)

    well, I usually just have people take Women's One a Day because it's cheap and has everything in it that you want, but not anything that you don't.

    I have been pestering her about that too! If people can write books about some of the nonsense that I see and make money then I have no doubt her swaying book will do well.
