How much Brewers Yeast and EPO?

The EPO says I can take 2-3 capsules a day. Each capsule has 1,000mg epo. How much should I take daily?

Also, I have brewers yeast in tablet form each tablet = 500mg. How many mg am I aiming for? And does DH take these too?

dont know if it helps but i take 2 epo's per day and find its really helped my cm.sorry to hear about af by the way.

TTC5 my EPO was only 500 mcg and I took 2 a day, so 1000 mcg total. I was nervous about taking too much, but the bottle said up to 6 times daily so clearly some people take more! 1000 was enough to help me. You could also alternate days, take 1000 one day, 2000 the next, 1000 the next, etc to average 1500.

BY I took in powder form so can't offer much, I'm sorry! The container said 3 rounded TBS = 1oz = 30 g.

My BY is 1000 mg ( 1 g) and the direction on the bottle says for adults take 2 tablets 3 time a day. So we take 6 of it.
But Im wondering if this is to much? Plus ppl are so different like DH is a lot bigger then me so why take the same amount?
Maybe I will only take 4 from now on.

EPO - 1500-3000 a day from AF-O is supposed to be safe. I would prob. stick to 1000 a day, split up into two dosages.
Brewer's Yeast - The different brands can be formulated differently so it's hard to make a blanket recommendation. I would go off what the bottle said, maybe giving my husband the full dosage and then taking 1/2 to 2/3 of that, just like flava is saying because women need less than men do.
