    Dark Chocolate

What's the story on dark chocolate and it's effect on a blue sway? I've seen it mentioned in conversation numerous places but can't ever find the reason why it's a good choice for the boy diet. Any ideas? I would love a reason to eat something a little sweet right now. As someone who is naturally a girl diet person, this salty boy diet is doing me in!

Yep, all the reasons they said. Dark chocolate is great for your health and that's great for blue!

If you do want to eat something sweet now and then, that's FINE for blue. Just be sure to eat protein AND carbs together at the same time to keep your blood sugar in a nice place.
