What's the story with grapefruit juice?
I saw it listed on Atomic thread about CM supps, so I googled a bit, and it seems it increases CM BUT can trigger O earlier OR delay it ( experiences from IG).
Is it good idea for boy sway? If so, only af->O or all the time?
If I get another bfn, I might try that toom/c 2001

2012 failed sway
2014 my surprise baby

when ttc with my DS I drank grapefruit juice and didn't actually know it swayed. I didn't notice any increase in CM (some women don't get affected by it) and it didn't affect when I O'd either...

I drank it every day for at least 2 months; I can't say it dramatically increased my CM but it definitely did not hurt it, and it didn't change my cycle either. I do remember a swayer from IG who did have her O delayed though.
But ZB, you're going to be getting that BFP in about 2 weeks so you won't need to worry about it

I do know that grapefruit juice can keep some drugs from working too so I am a little wary of it, but it does seem to work for people.

It's seemed to help a few people and so I keep it in the mix as long as you're not on any medication that it interferes with.
