What are the most important things for a boy sway?
I have just gotten pregnant swaying for a girl (fingers crossed it works!) and I have a friend who is trying to get pregnant and would like to sway for a boy. Obviously, I am going to refer her to this site, but since she may not spend all the time pouring over every little nuance of this site like I did, I was wondering if there is a place that just has the most effective techniques for sway for a boy. I know with swaying for a girl there were a million different techniques, there were some things that were what I called the "Grade A" techniques and some of the others were more of do them if you want, but don't kill yourself to do everything unless you really want to try everything.
I'm guessing the boy sway tactics probably have a similar pattern. Can the boy swayers tell me what the "Grade A" sway tactics are? My friend doesn't even know how to do her BBT so measuring pH or any of the more crazy tactics are totally going to be out of the question for her.
From what i know about a girl sway, I have inferred that these are the things to do for a boy:
1. High Everything Diet, which in my mind means eat super healthy, high protein and gain a few pounds when TTC. My friend is Indian, so she doesn't eat beef, but she eats other kinds of meat.
2. DTD every other day to increase sperm count and get lots of swimmers and make lots of attempts around O time.
3. Use an expectorant around O to make lots of EWCM
4. Use probiotics
Other than that, I know nothing about a boy sway.... any insight would be great!Mom to (2013)

HE diet (http://genderdreaming.com/forum/tryi...l-version.html, http://genderdreaming.com/forum/tryi...-diet-faq.html, muscle building exercise 4-5 times per week (weights are considered ideal), Omega3 fats (diet and supplements), no smoking - limit caffeine/alcohol to the max, vit-D , probiotics, robitusin as an expectorant, BD 3 times minimum in fertile window.
I think that having a personalized plan -if financially possible- is best, because everyone has their own issues and Atomic makes these plans based on an individual's specific needs.
Best of luck with your sway!
