for you BFP'ers and others: before bedtime snack?

whata re you guys eating for your before bed snack, esply for those of you who have posted your sway and have BFPS

so far, ive been swallowing a bunch of nuts (or one beef jerky), then a banana and if those arent ripe enough, ill have some dried apricots, plus a pineapple juice can (6oz), and a square of dark choc.

Gizmo I always ate cereal before bed with whole milk. Always. But I like cereal so it was an easy choice... sometimes I added fruit if I was actually hungry. But usually I was just eating again because I was supposed to eat again :-)

Gizmo, all of the stuff you are eating is perfect. Nuts are great since they fill you up for so long. It's so hard for me to eat before bed since I trained myself for years to not eat anything after dinner to keep up a good figure, kwim? It's worse than breakfast since I just see all of the calories joining the fat club on my midsection, LOL. But the cereal is also brilliant since that's a protein combo. I feel like it is super important to eat at night though, seems like all of the boy moms had both breakfast and midnight snack.

Oh Lola, you're so right, as many meals a day as it's possible to fit in! I loved cereal or toast as a bedtime snack - pretty much breakfast at the other end of the day

That is a great bedtime snack!!!

When I TTC DS 3 (I didn't know about swaying back then) I had either a big bowl of Wheaties or Shredded Wheat with milk and sometimes blueberries, or else whole-milk yogurt with blueberries. Both sweetened with sugar.

With DS 1 and 2 I didn't have as much money so I usually had white toast and milk for a bedtime snack.

I am a big eater and often get hungry after dinner so I almost always had a bedtime snack with my first three boys.
