    Wheat meat?

So for veg heads like me, "meat" made from vital wheat gluten & TVP are good options.... They also have a TON of protien..... Is this good for blue sway to count for my protien? 23g of protien per 1/4 cup!! Has anyone used this for thier sway or know if it's okay? Thx!!!

I answered this!!! not sure where my answer went?

I think the gluten ones are ok but would avoid soy more than 3-5 times per week.

Awesome, thanks!!! This would help my protien counts tremendously! Usually I avoid gluten and haven't made Seitan in awhile, but will start again now!
