I am swaying pink, but pink twins - and feel the only advantage I have is the Clomid. If I were swaying boy twins I would get the cassava root (haven't looked into it, but it's probably high in potassium, which sways boy); and I have read that dairy - full fat milk sways twins and boy, and also mega fertility - so the HE diet is for you!

I can def. make a plan for anyone who wants twins of either gender but can't guarantee success. Now is a good time to get a plan because there's no wait and i can get it back to you right away.
FUR is no longer good to take, it's practically gone extinct in the wild and whatever they're selling under the name FUR has very little in it (and plenty of other stuff some of which may sway pink)
Wild yam doesn't work but Cassava might - drop WY and continue cassava. Daily for 8 weeks before TTC and then switch from AF-O only.
soy iso but be aware we are not sure about if it sways pink or blue, info points both directions.
Also take folate 2000 mg daily thru cycle and entire first trimester before weaning off.
Strongly recommend prenatals for everyone swaying blue and also total Vit. D of 1000 IU for both you and DH
Full fat dairy if you're willing to use it, is one of the best ways to get twins!!!! We think it sways BLUE, not pink, and have gotten great results with it.

For reasons we can only guess at, just normal pink swaying has made many more twins than expected. i don't know why or how (so wish I did!)
We have not had blue twins for quite some time and we are statistically DUE for them!!!

Curious if the majority of those pink sways with towns were mainly Clomid users? Fx for meeee!!! I still feel like I was on the blue side at my attempt. But. We'll see!

Do you have a recommendation for what dosage of ISO I should take? Im mainly taking it to regulate my cycles but the fact that it sways twins does help.
I am currently taking Folic Acid 3200 mcg. IS that ok?
Also with the cassava is there a certain dosage that I need to take?
Thank you for the info and I will be looking into getting a plan
The soy iso will PROBABLY help fix those irregular cycles but let's instead take cassava from CD 1-CD 14 and then stop even if you don't O for a while after that.
3200 mg folic is fine!
I have only used cassava a couple times and do not yet have a good feel for dose, let's use the dose guidelines on the bottle.

Well, I was referring to pink swaying ALONE without the Clomid. Several of our pink swayers got twins without Clomid.
