Low carb diet
Not trying for another 6 months. Currently on low carb, high protein/fat diet. Will this have any Influence? Will go on recommended sway diet about 8 weeks before attempt, but can I keep low carbing even then?

Protein alone doesn't necessarily make boys, it's protein + carbs that seems to do the trick (we have seen quite a few girls conceived on low carb diets)
What I would do is keep doing what you are doing for now. Be lifting weights and using that protein to build muscle and raise T levels.
Then at 6-8 week mark, I would continue weightlifting and then add carbs in at that point. It does not have to be very fattening carbs like bread or potatoes, you can get carbs from fruits and vegetables and nuts as well and they are less likely to make you gain.
So instead of eating what some people think/claim HE Diet means, which is meat + bread + banana+ potato at every meal, do what HE Diet ACTUALLY is which is meat + carb in the form of fruit, higher carb vegetable, nuts instead. You get as much bang for your buck without the potential for weight gain.

Hello, Atomic hopefully you will see this! It has definitely been a while. I am not TTC, my cycles have been MIA for over a year, I'm quite certain. I have not been charting but haven't had it....
Not sure where to ask not TTC
