Anyone have trouble handling the protein?
I've increased my protein intake from 65-80 to 100-135. It is wreaking havoc on my stomach. I feel bloated all of the time. I'm hoping my body adjusts soon and I'm back to normal soon.

I noticed some bloating initially but it soon settled down I was much healthier on HE in the long run

I am as well! I've noticed my body feels like it's hit some sort of "plateau" and is saying enough food already, the bloat is unreal!... on the plus side I'm FINALLY starting to gain weight.

It's not uncommon, keep in mind that more is still more so even if you can't get up to 120 a day that is ok. As long as you are geting more than you were.

Thanks. I did realize that I just started taking the probiotic a couple days ago too so that plays a part for sure.
I don't want to gain weight, just maintain or gain muscle. I might be gaining though, cheat days on my normal LE diet don't have as much effect as they do when I'm eating HE.
