What are the biggies in swaying?
I'm really focusing on HE diet and weights. We're both taking supplements. We can't seem to get the dtd every 2-4 days due to crazy schedules. We average about twice a week but sometimes it's 5-6 days in between. I'm really worried about this factor.
i know this isn't a magic thing as we averaged 2-4 days while ttc our youngest dd. I also know all of the components of a sway are important. I can't control this one because dh is involved and that makes me mad. The past two days he's fallen asleep on me!

Can he release on his own?
Don't stress about it, as long as it doesn't get longer than 5ish days. The reason I like you guys to aim for the 2 days is because that way when these things happen and it gets to be 3-4-5-6 days it's still never going to be 10 days, yk?? Whereas if you're doing 6 days and then something happens and everyone gets sick or busy then it ends up being 10-14 days and that will not be ideal.!!! Questions??
