    Pregnacare conception and a multi vitamin plus fish oil daily....

    Is this too much?

    I'd be tempted to say yes. Pregnacare is pretty much a multivitamin on its own. There is a Pregnacare that comes with fish oil capsules in the pack as well. Are those the ones you're using?

    No but I know which ones you means as I took those when bf! Hmmm maybe I'll just take pregnacare with a separate fish oil then?! I'm thinking of taking epo from af to ov too? anything else? Xx

    Yes, too much. I wouldn't recommend the pregnacare multivits, they have megadoses of certain things and they delayed o for me. You want a multivit that has 100% of your RDA for the vitamins and minerals, I now take boots conception tablets (not sure if you are in the UK?) and o is no longer delayed. Plus a separate fish oil. I also take extra vit D, coq10 and EPO from AF to O (make sure you take a lower dose of EPO than fish oil). GL!

    yes, it is too much. I am not a fan of pregnacare anyway as it has megadoses of B vites in them and has really delayed ovulation for many people.

    Do not go over 100% DRV of anything other than folic and Vit. D when swaying blue.

    Thanks very much! I might stop pregnacare then and go for a boots conception instead! I have been taking a sainsburys fish oil but in the last couple of days I have been I'll (dizzy, light headed and on the toilet - sorry too much info) I don't know if it is related to the fish oil or not..... I always used to take one until stopping bf recently but that was in the pregnacare tablet!? so would you recommend the multi vit, folic acid and a fish oil?! I'm worried to take that again incase it was the vit that made my stomach Ill! Feel like giving up with swaying and what will be will be xx

    If you are taking all those vitamins it is no wonder you are dizzy and stomach upset. Your body is trying to get rid of the excess vitamins. I would stop one or the other of them and see if it makes it better.

    PLEASE don't give up on swaying because of this.

    Thank you atomic! What is dha? Do you recommend the boots multi vit? Also I read that this contains a folic acid.... Do you recommend taking a separate on or is that an overload! Thanks so much for your responses!! Are you ttc any more babies yourself?? xx

    Yes take separate folic or folate up to 2000 mcg

    DHa is a kind of healthy fat that may help sway blue a bit

    I can't stay up to speed on all the multivitamins on the market anything that has 100% DRV of various nutrients iwthout megadoses or weird herbs is fine.
