Boy, clomid, ovulation and smiley face OPK question

Hi, swaying for BOY here. I just took Clomid days 3-7 of cycle. I usually don't have any problem ovulating, but after coming off of depo, my cycles were wack, so I did a nuvaring for 1 month, got a period, then started Clomid. Now I read that timing doesn't sway on Clomid, am I right? So my plan was just to DTD every other day, instead of 3 attempts around O. I plan to use the smiley OPKs for the first time, because I'm over the lines. There are 2 kinds, one that measures 4 days in advance, and one that measures 2 best days, which one should I use? I read about the 4 day one detecting estrogen or something, and wasn't sure if it would interfere with my Clomid. I'm sort of nervous about this sway because my 8 year daddy died 3 weeks ago, and I lost 6lbs in 3 days, 10 lbs in 2 weeks from not being able to eat. I've gained a lb or 2 back since. I hope not eating and stuff didn't mess me up, but since I've been trying to eat lots of potatoes, bananas, and "boy" foods. I'm just going to give it a go and walk by faith. So...which OPK and when to DTD...with Clomid? Thanks.

Timing doesn't sway anyway. Number of attempts sways, and while every other day should sway blue, if you could sneak just ONE more attempt in there right at "O time" then that will only be better.

If using the smileys you'd have that extra attempt at first solid smiley.
