    tylenol

i know that pain killers reduce pH. i just couldnt help myself when i got AF and cramps yesterday...i was bent over walking around taking care of my kids. dh wouldnt have it anymore. ive had 3 doses of extra strength tyl so far. i see that the half-life of Acetaminophen is 2-4hrs. i normally only have to take drugs for cramps for the 1st 2 days tops and ovulate on cd17. hope im okay!!!

what do you guys think? did i kill it?? ;-)

    I knew I saw this before http://genderdreaming.com/forum/show...hlight=tylenol
I think you're OK. If you're worried about pH, do BSD ( that is if you can stand it, I can't, that's for sure )

Tell me about it....I'm in 2WW and I decided it's time to give myself a treat with Pepsi-yeah, the heck with pH, it wasn't the greatest in the first place.

I can't stand the potatoes nor chips, not to mentioned dried fruits. I'm taking it as a medicine - oh, it's time for 2 dried figs, now it's time for small bag of chips, then 5-6 almonds or other nuts kwim? I don't even fancy OJ that much, but it's the better part of the diet

Just during AF is fine to take a few Tylenol. I've never gone an entire month without taking some, that's for sure, and I have 4 boys. No worries!
