what is the replacement of the Robitssuin?
here is a thing , I couldn't find cough syrup that the active ingredient is Robitussin !
i found others like : Expan (mucolytic & expectorant) , mucolyte (bronchial mucolytic) and mucosolvan (ambroxol hydrochloride) !
I will drink green tea and have some grapefruit , but I realy believe in cough syrups .

You're looking for a syrup where the ONLY ingredient is guaifenesin. It will help you to produce mucus/EWCM. GL!

Guanefesin is what you're looking for. Stay away from dextromorphan and any antihistamine/drying agents.
FWIW I got 4 boys without ever using that stuff so I can assure you it's possible!

Are you in America b.w.? I can't remember if you are, but "Mucinex" is generally the product, generic or otherwise, that has that along with Robitussin.

Mucolytics are medicines that make the mucus (sputum) less thick and sticky and easier to cough up. They are usually prescribed for people who have a chronic (long-term) cough. They work best if they are taken regularly.
An expectorant (from the Latin expectorare, to expel or banish) works by signaling the body to increase the amount or hydration of secretions, resulting in more yet clearer secretions and as a byproduct lubricating the irritated respiratory tract. One expectorant, guaifenesin, is commonly available in many cough syrups. Often the term "expectorant" is incorrectly extended to any cough medicine, since it is a universal component.[1]
Ambroxol is a clinically proven systemically active mucolytic agent. When administered orally onset of action occurs after about 30 minutes. The breakdown of acid mucopolysaccharide fibers makes the sputum thinner and less viscous and therefore more easily removed by coughing. Although sputum volume eventually decreases, its viscosity remains low for as long as treatment is maintained.
So, the Expan you mentioned should be fine imo. What we are trying to avoid is medicines that dry up mucous.

Bromhexine is intended to support the body's mechanisms for clearing mucus from the respiratory tract.
It is secretolytic, increasing the production of serous mucus in the respiratory tract and makes the phlegm thinner and less viscous. This contributes to a secretomotoric effect by helping the cilia transport the phlegm out of the lungs. For this reason it is often added to cough syrups.
Bromhexine is a synthetic derivative of the herbal active ingredient vasicine. It has been shown to increase the proportion of serous bronchial secretion, making it more easily expectorated.
It should be okay I hope!
