So I got my first postpartum ovulation. Well, first positive OPK. I have been pretty OK on the diet sometimes I will skip morning or afternoon snacks because I’m just not hungry I try to eat really big meals. But never miss breakfast lunch or dinner and pretty much have what I have been posting every day. My question is if I wait till November will that be long enough? I will be 16 months postpartum. But do you strongly think that I should wait for 18 months? If so don’t be shy just tell me! If you think it will really make a big difference I will wait those two months no problem. I plan to from now on out make sure that I have my morning and afternoon snacks and do not at all get hungry!!! I’m going to add in the bedtime snack too - I have been having some coconut chocolate at bed I eat a lot- like 8oz cooked- of meat at dinner so I still feel nice and full by bedtime. What do you think??
