No more milk replacers for blue.
Ladies, I feel I'm seeing a trend with failed sways and drinking lots of milk replacers (especially almond milk, but I do not know if that is almond milk per se or just that's because what people tend to use the most??)
I updated my "many marvelous milk" thread here: http://genderdreaming.com/forum/gend...tml#post890384

All milk replacements are void of nutrients because they are watered down.
Almond milk is low in calories, low in fat, low in protein and is fortified with calcium.
Coconut milk (carton) is low in calories, low in fat, low protein and low calcium.
Soy milk is low in calories, low in fat, high in protein and fortified with calcium.
Rice milk is high in calories, low in fat, low in protein, low in calcium and high in sugar.
This doesn't cover all the vitamins and micro nutrients, which won't be much for milk substitutes anyway. I'm not normally a dairy pusher as it can cause health issues for some, but for swaying blue it seems essential based on the nutrition content.

I m glad I switched to whole milk last summer. I really am trying to stop using diet type foods because I am sure they were helping my pink friendly lifestyle :-) Thanks for the update.

Yes goats milk is fine if you like it. What I want people to avoid are the manmade milk replacers that are very carby and with added vegetable fats.

Hello atomic,
Is homemade fresh tigernut milk sweetened with dates and ginger suitable for a blue sway?

Atomic, this may sound crazy but I’ve been reading about moon phases… I have a ‘red moon cycle’ currently which I didn’t used to have. Meaning my period is coinciding with the full moon. From...
