What type of weight exercises do you do for a boy sway? Is the goal muscle building? If so, is it OK if I do power walking, elliptical, or very slow jogging to build muscle? I'm out of shape so any exercise will help me build muscle.

I've been working out for years and have always used an elliptical/crosstrainer as cardio. I imagine at higher resistances it could build muscle but imo I wouldn't have immediately thought of it was weight training.

I would generally lift things around the house as part of my daily routine, I would have certain objects including the kids that when I passed them I would have to lift them 10 or more times in repetition before passing on, it quickly makes a difference and only takes snatches of your time between daily jobs

Cardio less than 45 min a day 4-5 days a week + HE Diet can help build muscle. It's only doing tons of cardio especially when you're not eating much protein that sways pink.
We ~think~ that musclebuilding sways blue but in all honesty we don't totally know how it works. That is the theory though.
So happy for you Treens, congratulations Sent from my SM-A225F using Tapatalk
