Newbie TTC a boy :)
Hi everyone
My name is Teigan, I'm a newbie here on gender dreaming and think I am slightly addicted to reading anything remotely blue sway related! I'm an Aussie so would love to hear from anyone and everyone but in particular any Aussies trying to sway blue just so we can share resources
I am after any advice you lovely ladies have on how to create the perfect sway! In terms of best foods to eat, supplements to take, how to raise hormone levels and any other swaying blue tips you may have!
Thanks heaps guys! This place is awesome!
xx

Hey Tiegan. Yay a fellow Aussie blue swayer!!! Must admit I found myself pretty addicted to reading Atomic's essays when I first found this site. When are you ttc? We are just in pre sway mode at the moment with intentions to ttc this time next year. Come and join the daily boy sway forum.

Welcome Tiegan!
Where in Oz are you?
I am in Brissie
We have 2 girls, swaying blue too - and 1st attempt probably next month !
Will get you together some of the stuff I have compiled - but Atomic also put together a very very comprehensive essay on diet, supps lifestyle etc - so if you haven't read it I say give it a go, will try to find you the linkLucky Mummy to 4 sweet divas

(July 2014) (November 2023)
Our sway didn’t work for #3 & we had a little oops for #4 but we love them all to bits... not sure if we ever will but somehow hoping we might add blue to the crew, to complete our family, one day...
Fingers crossed for TTC #5 (again) for early 2024!

Sorry just to hijack this thread for a sec. LMSM which supps have you been recommended (if you don't mind sharing) and have you been able to find them all in Oz? There seems to be a lot of supp options and many I've never heard of and aren't sure if they're even readily available here. GL with your first attempt too, exciting.

Oh how exciting we aren't setting an exact time on TTC as in not sure when I will be ready to give up nursing my littlest girl (she is only 7 months old) so I would say we will be TTC probably around the same time as you when my cycle kicks back into gear xx

@MiaMelb
No highjack at all darl
Which ones are you referring to that you couldn’t find?
I looked at the L-Arginine supp and found it on some health stores online but gave up – too expensive, and it appears it can mess with O so def not for me :P
Because of my ovulation issues I initially considered taking Vitex too (have some left) but Atomic said to hold off as it tends to mess with cycles more than anything – but was looking at getting some Inositol but it is super exxy and seems it may sway pink anyways – can’t win when you’re one sub-fertile blue swayer it seems so will have to rely heavily on diet and exercise I think (gah)!
I am taking Blackmore prenatal/breastfeeding multi (all cycle)
Additional folic acid (all cycle)
CQ10 (all cycle)
EPO (AF-O)
Fish oil (all cycle)
Wheatgrass powder super high in vit C – take it every few days because (it tastes foul so mix it with juice and gulp in down as quick as I can – but I think you can get tablets too)
All of which I found at Chemist’s warehouse
Also, to avoid supplementing in vit D – trying to go out and get some sun every day – though not always easy with a busy office job and autumn/winter around the corner, with shorter days!
I probably will look at getting some Robitussin to help with EWCM for the attempt too – I do have Preseed at home failing that though I know natural mucus is the best ^^
Hubby is taking a men’s multi – and I try to get him to eat some of the good stuff for sperm health: nuts (especially brazil nuts are full of selenium!) and zinc rich foods. Plus he going back to the gym after a loooong break and doing weights so hopefully that will get him in a better condition
Sorry – long winded so not sure if that helps at all? :P
@ Teigan
Oh your bub is only tiny is she your first or do you have other kids?
Some women are fertile even with nursing, and if you otherwise do other sawying techniques (diet etc) that will alleviate the slight pink lean nursing gives… so don’t feel like you have to stop nursing for swaying, if you do want to keep nursing, that is
I just stopped nursing DD2 a few weeks ago at 17 m.o – boobie monster she was! Lol
My cycles had returned long before that though – but I have fertility issues and seems I don’t really ovulate (both my girls were conceived with fertility treatments): am waiting on the last blood tests we did to hear back from the fertility specialist to see what the go is though – but am hoping it will ok for us to try naturally and we can go ahead as planned!!
I know of Wagga Wagga – never been there though hehe
I’m off to eat my full of eggs salad with coconut juice on the side for lunch – have a great day ladies!Lucky Mummy to 4 sweet divas
