You can, BUT normal is quite thick and creamy that the sperm may have trouble swimming through it.

Oh ok, so pre seed is used for the thickness of it not the PH

I think so? It is supposedly the perfect pH for all sperm. I have heard of people adding a pinchof BS to the preseed to raise the pH.

I think it is the pH and consistency/viscosity of the preseed that makes it sperm friendly.

Preseed already has a boy-friendly pH but some people think they need it higher, and add some baking soda. You can def add baking soda to Preseed (but not other lubes, like KY, because they are bad for sperm anyway and sway pink) to raise pH a bit if you want to. Plus, the Preseed and BS combo is much better for sperm than BS alone, because they can swim thru Preseed better than just straight BS. Directions for mixing Preseed and BS are in this essay http://genderdreaming.com/forum/show...ng-Soda-basics

That doesn't work because all the other lubes on the market are not designed to be sperm friendly and all of them kill off sperm to some extent. Beyond the pH there is all kinds of other chemistry in them, so just changing the pH can't undo all the chemistry in the lube that is bad for sperm.
