Ubiquinol Supplement / TWW
I just wanted a straight answer about taking CoQ-10 / Ubiquinol. I know it's good to take AF-O when swaying boy, especially for us over 35 ladies. But I've read conflicting things about its use O-AF. I've read to keep taking it until bfp, I've read you can take it all the way through pregnancy since it's something your body makes, and I've also read you should stop immediately after O. I used to take it straight through my cycle, was taking 200 mg of Ubiquinol every day of my cycle, then last cycle (after reading it was potentially unsafe in tww), I stopped taking it during my luteal phase altogether. Now I'm taking it just AF-O, 300 mg daily, stopping after O. What is the best / healthiest way to take Ubiquinol, for egg health and health of a potential embryo?

I don't want you to go off and on it like that so I'd recommend taking it all the time till BFP and then gradually wean off by spacing doses further and further out till down to one per week, then drop.
