    Lemon water

Lemon water is working well on the PH of my urine, which I know doesn't count but it's not making any difference to my CM.

Don't worry too much about your pH until your are as close to ovulation as possible. Every woman is quite acidic in non fertile times.

Give it time, it can be hard at first but you will get there hopefully. Don't worry too much anyway plenty of boys are conceived to ladies with lower pH. Ask Atomic and 3pink1blue I am sure they both agree it is more about the diet than anything else.

I've been researching since about June and trying to change a few things here and there but it's been about the past 2-3 weeks that I have been doing more and getting serious about it.

also try BSD af-o, that might help. its just not "nutritious" but helps with pH. "quick fix"
