Boy Diet and Moodiness
Is anyone else having issues with this? I am not a person that struggles with PMS or even moodiness. I'm pretty even keel and happy go lucky most of the time. Ever since starting the boy diet, about one day before AF I seriously go berserk. I have absolutely NO PATIENCE and everyone and everything annoys me. I snap at DH and the kids and I seriously can't control it. Last month I even felt like hitting the wall one time I got so fed up! I have NEVER been like this. Could this be a side effect of the diet? Anyone else experiencing this? This past weekend was so bad that DH told me to go off the diet!! I'm going to give it at least one more month of trying and then re-evaluate.

hey thats interesting as I'm usually moody and crazy up and down girl but since starting the LE girl diet I feel great. I used to eat alot of meat and am now totally free of meat and eggs and only low veg protein. I have 2 boys and ttc a girl so maybe its a sign thats its working and we are changing our hormones.

I get like that for about 3-4 days leading up to O. I hate it I want to change but it's hard to control.
I am starting to get like that now but AF isn't due to the 12th maybe it's coming early. Getting more sleep helps a bit.
