    i have two weeks till my ovulation if i skip this month then it will be another 6 weeks before my first attempt
    i think i will skip this month and change my husbands vitamin and try next cycle.
    apart from once a day ,vitamin d , fish oil is there anything else i need to make him eat for the six weeks.
    i am doing so many things now i realise how important it is for my hubby to do certain things
    apart from multi vitamin ,vitamin d and fish oil anything else he need to do .

    what should be the dosage of vitamin d and fish oil .
    thanks atomic for helping me understand things i did not know

    Ok that's fine too, whatever you feel more comfortable with.

    If he takes the men's One a Day over 50 that has a good amount of Vit. D in it, he shouldn't need to take any more.

    Fish oil - 500 mg. We used to do 1000 but I think that may be lowering cholesterol too much, so stick with 500 mg and be sure he's getting animal fats from dairy/meat/eggs as well.

    I like everyone to take a probiotic.

    Some are giving their husbands 500 mg L-arginine and 1000 mg L-carnitine.

    for l arginine i see immediate release i am not sure what it is atomic can you please check if both of them are okay to buy .

    you suggested once a day but when i contacted them regarding pork in it they said they do have it and we dont eat pork.can you please check if the above vitamins are good please

    The arginine and carnitine you posted are fine. I don't like Garden of Life products because they have lots of herbs and stuff in them.
